Dr. Advani is a sought-after keynote speaker with experience speaking at Fortune 500 corporate gatherings, the Great Hall of the People in China, the United Nations, and at major universities. He has led workshops and delivered motivational speeches at technology conferences (including Collision and Web Summit), leadership conferences (including Linkage GILD and the Drucker Global Forum), and education conferences (including Bett and Global Education and Skills Forum). With a DPhil from Oxford University, Dr. Advani is also a frequent speaker at World Economic Forum in Davos and has served as Co-Chair of WEF regional conferences and advisory boards. He currently serves on the Stewardship Board of the World Economic Forum’s Center for New Economy and Society.

Since 2015, Asheesh has served the President and CEO of JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide, one of the world’s largest NGOs focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. During his leadership tenure, the organization has been recognized as one of the ten most impactful NGOs in the world in annual rankings and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. 

In 2024, Asheesh co-authored Modern Achievement with celebrated leadership expert Marshall Goldsmith. The book takes on the ambitious task of reconsidering the definition of achievement for aspiring leaders. Dr. Jim Young Kim, 12th President of the World Bank, has said that the book “is destined to be a modern classic”.

Asheesh holds degrees from the Wharton School and Oxford University, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar.
