Tony is a team coach, leadership advisor, and author of the bestselling book Generation AI.

In 2022, he completed an MSc in Business Psychology at Heriot-Watt University in Dubai, with a thesis focusing on generational attitudes toward leadership in the UAE. This research inspired his book Generation AI, designed to help leaders embrace and adapt to the opportunities presented by AI by harnessing the complementary skills of different generational groups.

Tony is a qualified practitioner of Systemic Team Coaching under Professor Peter Hawkins and uses gamification as an entry point for team connection. He brings a unique blend of behavioural insight and data capabilities to build confident, adaptive teams ready for change.

He is an active investor, advisor to measurement companies, and co-owns the Dubai-based manufacturing and ecommerce company Siluet. He continues to consult in the Marketing Science space, the function he previously led across EMEA at Meta, where he develops causal techniques to better understand marketing effectiveness.

His mantra is that in any transformation, people are the most important component. Tony helps leaders and teams make sense of the AI revolution, teaching executives how to use AI not as a replacement for human capability, but as a multiplier of it.
