Grant ‘Axe’ Rawlinson
A Team Decision-Making Coach and Human Powered Explorer. Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Grant ‘Axe’ Rawlinson is a Team Decision-Making Coach and Human Powered Explorer. Born with an intense natural curiosity, for 20 years he has been achieving bold, unique goals in the world of business and exploration.
With this unique blend of both corporate and extreme exploration as a background, Grant uses the knowledge he has gained to inspire and help sales and business teams make more effective decisions by adopting the mindset of explorers. In particular Grant teaches teams how to think strategically, critically and collaboratively, to not only envisage but drive through the implementation of their very own Bold Unique Goals.
Grant has challenged himself from the street level to the boardroom, and over 50 expeditions across the globe including walking across countries, cycling across continents, summiting Mt Everest and crossing oceans and continents entirely by human-power. His preferred style is lightweight, self-supported and exploratory expeditions using as little support as practically possible.
A native of New Zealand, Grant lives in Singapore, holds Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees in Surveying and Finance, is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a professional member of the Asian Professional Speakers Association(APSS). Grant is married to Stephanie with twin daughters Kate and Rachel.
